Hi Sergey,

OK, I found the SetHeader/SetFooter properties and they work well in 3 different

RVs for header/body/footer.

How would I get these into one canvas if I wanted to export to PDF for example?

Can I use RVPrint as in the printing demo and then use the DrawPage method?
