What could make VSmallStep to chage?

Hello.

When i extract a TRichViewEdit control from my custom ScrollBox then

insert it back to the scroll box, VSmallStep gets changed.

I m assigning some events to the TRichViewEdit control when i insert it

to the ScrollBox. Could this be causing the change in VSmallStep??

By the way, i want to keep the VSmallStep = 1, all the time.

Please help me out.
