Looks at the demos in Demos\Delphi (or Demos\CBuilder)

RVReportHelper is used in demos:

Assorted\Printing\ReportHelper\

Assorted\Graphics\ToImage\

RVPrint and RVPrintPreview are used in demos:

Assorted\Printing\Printing\

Editors\Editor 1\

Additional demos:

Using RVReportHelper for drawing header. Printing is done via RVPrint and

RVPrintPreview.
