Well, I'm not Delphi man, so:

a). TRichView it is empty if ItemCount property iz zero.

b). TRichViewEdit is empty either if ItemCount property iz zero, or if

ItemCount is equal to 1 and ItemStyle for Item(0) is zero and ItemText for

Item(0) is empty.
