Inserting of images with a fixed (metrical) size

I need to insert an image file at the current caret pos. which has a dimension

of i.e. 400*300 pixels. In the RichView control it should appear with a width

of i.e. 20 mm and a height of 15 mm and should be printed out with this size

too, of course.

Is that possible?
