Payment on the website is temporarily unavailable. We are working on integrating new payment services. If you need to purchase our products urgently, please contact us, specifying which products and what type of license you are interested in. We will provide payment options.

Conditions

• full source code by e-mail;
• free upgrades for more than 1 year;
• access to beta versions for more than 1 year;
• access to password-protected support web forums for more than 1 year (feel free to ask any question about the RichView Package even if you did not register yet, or visit our public forums)

If you do not receive your registration e-mail within 24 hours after purchase:

The most probably, your e-mail server blocks our e-mails. Please contact us with alternative e-mail addresses.
But the most reliable way to contact us is sending a private message in the support forum.

Upgrade policy:

(For users registered after March 24th 2008)

Registered users can download free updates for at least 1 year. After that, if they want to update the components, they must purchase an upgrade license.
Registered users of ScaleRichView/Report Workshop can download free updates if they have both TRichView and ScaleRichView/Report Workshop licenses with active update period.
