Streaming RTP to a broadcast address/port

Some IP Kameras are Streaming RTP to a broadcast address/port. Is it possible to show this stream with RVMedia 7?

If you want to play RTP streams, AFAIK, they are supported by FFmpeg, so they can be played by RVMedia.
