When the TRVCamera.DeviceType=rvdtDesktop, the OnStartVideoStream event doesn't fire after you call TRVCamera.PlayVideoStream()

I confirm this problem, it will be fixed in the next update. It is almost ready, we just need to make some final tests and prepare installations.
