I have sent an email to these 2 address few days ago but [email protected] failed on delivery, while [email protected] is sent but no response. Subject of my email is "paste content from doc font name empty". I have an attachment which forces me to send by email instead of posting here.

The both addresses work. However, I did not receive you email. I just found it in gmail's spam folder.

Sorry, I cannot reproduce the problem. When I paste from MS Word 2007, empty lines and numbers have "Times New Roman" font, hieroglyphs have "SimSun" font.
Which version of Word do you use?

the font in my doc is “宋体”, in which i think it does not installed in your machine. Am I right? You may try to switch to Chinese PRC locale and make sure “宋体” is installed. Because for word, when a font is not found, it will look for the closest.

Where can I find this font?

you need only to change the locale to Chinese PRC, and windows will ask whether to install the language pack or not, what you need is just Windows Installation Disc

Delphi 2009
built in Windows XP
run the demo in windows xp and windows vista
richview version 12.1
I have tried download exe demo from http://www.trichview.com/resources/acti ... ontest.zip, same problem too.

P/S: please click everywhere in the editor, some of them will be in empty font, some in times new roman

I confirm the problem. It happens only in applications compiled in Delphi 2009 or 2010. The problem occurs if a font name, or a bookmark, or document properties contain DBCS characters (written in RTF without using Unicode).
Will be fixed in the next update.
