Sorry, this problem cannot be fixed.
While table sizes are the same, TRichView uses the screen DPI to format text, while MS Word (I guess) uses some high DPI offscreen canvas. So text may have slightly different widths.

In this example, texts in cells are short and width differences are very small, close to rounding errors.
Even in TRichView, if you format this document in higher DPI (for example, for printing; or if you zoom in the document by increasing DocumentPixelsPerInch property), you will see that text fits a single line.

So, the only recommendation is to make cells slightly wider.
