vertical micro-scrolling

Hi Sergey,

is there a trick to realize vertical micro-scrolling in TRichViewEdit? Would like to scroll automatically very smooth; incrementing VScrollPos is too rough.

Any suggestion?

Assign VSmallStep=1 before calling Format
