I am sorry, I overlooked this question.
TRichView components does not include a preview dialog, you can design it yourself, using TRVPrintPreview component (that displays preview) and add all necessary commands.
RichViewActions include a print preview dialog, but it has only a "Print" button that opens a dialog for printing.
