Most efficent way to insert formatted text at head of doc

Hi

I'm close to having replaced MSHTML with TRichViewEdit in out in-house email client (working really well so far). But I would appreciate some pointers as to how is the best way to add some formatted text at the head of a document. For example, I'd like to add:

From: [email protected]
Date: 01/01/2014
Subject: Some subject
____________________________________________________________

Anyone have any suggestions.

Never mind, reading the help file and InsertText has proven the solution.
