At least not in TRVOfficeConverter. It does not rely in MS Word presence.

I do not know what's wrong. The worst possible case - these converters work only when called from MS Word (they verify the caller application's process/windows names, or something like this)

The answer is the same. I do not know how to solve this problem. Unless I accidentally find the required information, it will not be solved. Sorry.

I cannot export using Office 2007 "OfficeConverters"...
- Is it still the same issue?

Or have you fixed that problem and I'm just doing it wrong?

The docx extension is a zip extension. Maybe someone can manually create an export function.

This is really bad - already one year down the line with no solution at all. More and more people are starting to use Office 2007. This problem could spell the end of TRichview. :( We all have to try and help to solve this problem! Can't the office converters be rewritten? Is there anything that we can do to help Sergey?

Are you sure? How many people are using this feature? The end-user of my software doesn't use it al all!

It might not have been fair from me to make such a comment. The problem doesn't just affect docx but doc too. It is a nice feature to export to these formats. I don't know, maybe others can voice their opinion on this matter.

I am using TRichView unrelated to Office 2007 so I cannot make a big fuss about the converter. But it keeps me wondering. If you are able to use TRichView in it complexities, the 'import' is more important than the 'export'. I do import a lot and 'copy and paste' is extremely useful as well.

Sincerely.

In any case, if you save RTF document with .DOC extension, MS Word will be able to load it.
As for .DOCX, we are planning to support it natively, without converters.
